This is my second time staying here, the last time in 2022. The service has remained excellent, friendly, attentive and so very helpful. Some even actually remembered me from my first visit! The menu at the sports bar and restaurant offers many selections. My favorite was the pulled pork sandwich which was legit one of the best I’ve had. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and help you to feel at home. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. And again, not enough can be said about the staff. From reception to housekeeping to restraunt and grounds crew. I can’t wait for the opportunity to return, I’ve found my home hotel in Port Vila!

I had a great stay at the Ramada in Vanuatu. The room was spacious and clean, with an incredible view of the lagoon. It’s hard to beat waking up to that. The staff were warm and helpful, and the whole place had a calm, relaxed energy that made it easy to unwind. What stood out most was how the hotel feels connected to the local culture. It’s comfortable without feeling generic. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here in September 2023. The hotel is situated in a peaceful spot on the lagoon; I’ll never forget my first experience of the clear water in Vanuatu seeing fish in the water on the first night, from our dinner table. Food and cocktails good, and restaurant service and breakfast buffet is great (shout out to Naomi ❤️). Room gets minus one ⭐️ because the tv reception was cooked for most of our stay, which I missed when I needed to chill after our exploratory walks to the nearby bakery, Le Bon Marche, and restaurants.

We just returned last night from a week staying at the Ramada in 2 interconnecting lagoon view rooms. 2 adults, 3 kids aged 1-8. Pros: Great view and location. The lagoon was beautiful (can't swim in it though). Family-friendly- balls, pool toys, sand toys, volleyball net, giant Connect 4. A small indoor play area (slides, pirate ship, buggy to sit in) perfect for toddlers and little kids. Lots of grass and sand for kids to run around. Paddling pool was amazing for our toddler. Kids got to feed the fish behind the restaurant. Walking distance to supermarket. Service was great, everyone was friendly with us and the kids and housekeeper Margaret checked in nightly asking if we needed anything. Fire show on Weds night was awesome. Buffet breakfast had pretty good variety. Cons: Pool was cold. One of the rooms had a strong, persistent sewage smell. Food was not the cheapest- kids meals were almost 17AUD. We found the Sports Bar menu better than the restaurant. Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Tours/drivers arranged by the resort are ridiculously inflated prices- e.g. 4k quote and we got a driver in the car park for 1k. You can walk onto the main road and get buses easily. Food was decent but in my opinion not amazing. We brought lots of snacks for the kids.
