Hotel is nice, restaurant is nice too, there are some fruit and vegetables. Pool is cold, but beautiful. There are careful staff, thanks for Shakira. Our room didn’t have a balcony, it is a problem for wet clothes and swimsuits. Clean is good. They didn’t have animation. Hotel is boring, only for quiet rest.

My stay at Pullman Ras Al Khaimah was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view was also wonderful and extremely relaxing. I would like to give special thanks to the amazing receptionist Saeed Mohamed. Honestly, he was a major reason behind how comfortable and satisfied I felt throughout my stay. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and constant smile made every interaction pleasant. He assisted me several times with all my questions and requests, responding quickly and in a very respectful manner. He also helped my colleagues and ensured that all of us were happy and had everything we needed—paying attention to every small detail. The service overall was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re at home. I highly recommend Pullman Ras Al Khaimah to anyone visiting the area, and if I come back again, it will definitely be my first choice. Thank you to the hotel management for such a wonderful experience, and a very special thanks to Mr. Saeed Mohamed for his excellent care and unforgettable service 🌟

During our stay, we encountered a few minor issues; however, the professionalism and dedication of the staff truly made all the difference. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Zak, one of the managers, whose assistance was exceptional. He handled everything with great professionalism and care, and is undoubtedly an asset to the company. Mahmoud from Guest Relations also deserves recognition for his attentive and courteous service throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of dining at Zaitouna Restaurant, where both the cuisine and service were outstanding. Refat and Ramzy provided impeccable hospitality and made our dining experience thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, despite a few initial challenges, the team’s commitment to guest satisfaction ensured a memorable and pleasant stay.
