7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Aqua between 6am and 11am on weekends and 6am and 10.30am on weekdays. Buffet includes a selection of Western, Thai, Indian, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
• Daily lunch is one a la carte item (excluding premium items), served at Edge Beach Club from 12pm to 3pm. If Edge Beach Club is closed due to weather conditions, lunch will be served at Aqua.
• Dinner is a two-course set menu (excluding premium items) served at Tamarind Restaurant or Aqua between 6pm and 9pm daily.
• The free-flow hour can be taken any time between 10am and 9pm and begins from the time the first glass is poured. Includes cocktails and local beer from a dedicated menu. Wine is excluded. The hour cannot be split up, and if any drinks are ordered outside the one-hour window, guests must pay an extra charge.
• Included massage is a choice of Thai, head or shoulder massage, available at Talay Spa from 10am to 6pm. Advance booking is essential. Charges apply to extended massages or additional services.
• Underwater scooter ride (select packages only) is available at the Seaside Pool from 7am to 7pm daily.
• Late checkout is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance with the hotel’s Reservations team.
• Inclusions start from 3pm at time of check-in and finish at 12pm at time of checkout.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within 1–2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com. To finalise your transfers please ensure the reservation request form is completed inclusive of flight information. Your transfer cannot be confirmed without this information.
• If you have not received your transfer reservation form via email, or finalised your transfer within seven days of your departure please contact Luxury Escapes via luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• Transfers required from midnight to 6am will be charged a supplement of THB350 per vehicle per way.
