Our stay at Pullman Phuket Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the valet and transportation team—led by the incredible Tony—made us feel like absolute VIPs. Every interaction was warm, professional, and filled with genuine Thai hospitality. Tony and his team went above and beyond to make sure every transfer, pick-up, and drop-off was seamless and stress-free. Whether it was arranging last-minute rides, offering local recommendations, or greeting us with friendly smiles after a long day out, their attention to detail and kindness made all the difference. The level of service we experienced deserves more than five stars. It’s rare to find a team that truly loves what they do, and it shows in every moment. After staying two weeks in Kata it was such a pleasure to stay in Pullman. We absolutely loved having our own private beach. No waves even on a rainy day. It is remote enough to have a relaxing holiday but having free shuttle to Old Phuket town and Central Shopping center was a nice amenity. The breakfast was sensational with perfect blend of Asian and European food and bakery was next level great. Separate thank you to Anton who was very professional and attentive, always here to help and sort out any concerns. He was always available and checking if we need anything. We were very pleased with our stay.

We went to Pullman Panwa Phuket for our first holiday with our new baby and had the best holiday! The resort is clean, well managed and staffed, has modern and comfortable rooms and fantastic pools. The location is great for those who wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket old town or Karon and want to indulge in a bit of seclusion. There is not stacks to do in the immediate area aside from the Phuket Aquarium but for us that was fine! I must give a special mention to Aey who looked after us so well during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped with our little one when needed. We will miss Aunty Aey for sure! Full credit to Aey and her team who were delightful and hospitable. A special mention also to Nathan who assisted us with checking in late at night and with late check out, it made a massive difference to our stay. A great resort, definitely would come back!

I had an unforgettable stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded expectations. A special thanks to Tuk at the night reception, who welcomed us warmly and kindly arranged a room change with a stunning sea view that made our trip even more memorable. The room itself was beautiful, offering breathtaking scenery and well-prepared amenities that showed real attention to detail. The resort also offers a variety of activities, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and fun without leaving the property. Breakfast was another highlight, with a delicious international buffet that catered to every taste. During our stay, Mickey at the concierge desk was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great recommendations for places to visit and dine in Phuket City. One moment that truly showed the hospitality of the team was when we lost our car key during check-in. Every staff member was eager to help, searching thoroughly and even checking the security cameras to assist us. In the end, we discovered the key tucked away in our own luggage, but the genuine care and effort the staff showed left us deeply impressed and grateful. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and thoughtful service left a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for both comfort and a true Phuket experience.
