From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough to help us during our stay. The cabana room was fantastic - very spacious, well equipped and with a lovely outside area with pool access. The beach and pool were beautiful with plenty of beds and towels available. The food was really good in all of the restaurants, especially mad cow. Having complementary access to the daily connectivity hour, with free drinks and canapés, was a lovely unexpected touch. Overall we had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lam who looked after us at breakfast each morning and ensured we had a great table, as well as Ryan, Phuc and Xoan who kept the drinks flowing at the connectivity hour.

The Best Hotel and Resort on Phu Quoc Island! We had an amazing 3-night stay and truly enjoyed every moment. A big shoutout to Lac, who was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived at the airport. He assisted us with the hotel transport, showed us to our room, and explained how everything worked. Such a cheerful and energetic personality! One fun thing about Lac—you’ll need to walk fast to keep up with his energy and pace. 😄 Also, a heartfelt thank you to Kim and the rest of the staff, who were all so attentive and friendly. You all made our wedding anniversary stay so enjoyable and memorable. We’re truly grateful! With love, Luke and Devi xx

We went for a simple dinner with my parents, without any big expectations, but it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the meal much more enjoyable. A special thanks to Linh and Anh, whose kindness and attentive service really impressed my parents. They kept saying how much they appreciated it. We are truly grateful for making our evening so pleasant. Thank very much!!! Cham Linh Spa !! I had an absolutely wonderful time at Spa. The staffs were incredibly warm and friendly, paying close attention to my comfort and needs throughout the session. The massage was truly exceptional — I felt completely relaxed both in body and mind. Every detail of the service showed great care and professionalism. Without a doubt, this was the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. In particular, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Han and Lam, who welcomed me every morning during breakfast. They always greeted me with a warm smile and took care of every little detail, which made my mornings much more pleasant and comfortable. Thanks to their kindness and thoughtful service, I was able to start each day of my trip in such a positive way. The hotel’s facilities and environment were excellent, but what impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Han and Lam truly made my stay extra special, and I am very grateful for their dedication. I hope many other guests will also have the chance to experience the same warm hospitality here.
