I went in 2024 and had a surprise birthday party for my mom, and I'm definitely going back again in October 2025. Everything was great >> The staff in every department were lovely and provided excellent advice, from the parking lot, rooms, spa, and swimming pool. My son loved it so much he asked to take me back (so I had the chance during the school break this October).

I am going to comeback! Greatest and cleanest beach during my vacation. 8 km beach runs are easily possible. The hotel infrastructure is great. The staircases should be cleaned better und toilet shower heads. Overall very very clean. The breakfast is very delicious. I missed a bit a pur swimming pool to do professional swimming without bothering the other playing guests.

การบริการจากพนักงาน 100/10 ทุกแผนก ถูกเทรนด์มาอย่างดีทุกคน ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้บริการอย่างดี ห้องพักโดยรวม 8/10 ห้องอาหารเช้า 6/10 อาหารมีความหลากหลายน้อยมากๆ ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมระดับเดียวกัน แต่พนักงานเติมอาหารเต็มตลอดเวลา อยากให้เพิ่มเมนูชาไทยในเครื่องดื่ม บาร์ 9/10 โซนบาร์ให้บริการดี แนะนำดี อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกในห้อง 6/10 ทิชชูในห้องน้ำ ควรเป็นแบบหนา อันนี้บางจนเช็ดแล้วมีเศษทิชชูติด… ไม่มีแปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน วางหมวกอาบน้ำให้แค่ 1 ใบ พวก shampoo ออกแบบที่วางมาสวย แต่แอบใช้งานยาก

Uncomfortable for this time, being selected deluxe room and have some problem with air con (not customer's problem). The person who incharge at night duty manager should be have more ability and solve the problem more than that. We were very tired at that night. My wife is not happy at all for the first time there. Pullman Khaolak or ACCOR Thailand..please do something. Thank you.
