Every corner of the accommodation reflected thoughtful design and impeccable cleanliness, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. The highlight was undoubtedly the private pool. What an unexpected delight! Having our own secluded pool area added a luxurious dimension to the stay, allowing us to relax and unwind in complete privacy. Whether we were enjoying a refreshing morning swim or lounging poolside in the evening, this amenity made each day feel like a private retreat. Outstanding Amenities and Service The hotel’s amenities were comprehensive and well-maintained, catering to every need we might have had during our stay. Everything was thoughtfully provided, contributing to the seamless and comfortable experience we enjoyed throughout our visit. What truly distinguished this stay, however, was the exceptional staff. From the front desk team who facilitated our upgrade to the housekeeping and service personnel we encountered daily, every member of the Pullman team demonstrated remarkable professionalism. They were consistently helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind, showing attentiveness to our needs without being intrusive. Their warm hospitality made us feel valued as guests and added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. This is a great hotel for both adults and families. Kids club has a lot of toys and activities, outdoor play area is good and well as the water slides and splash areas. The big down side to out stay was the service, as it was the middle of October during our stay and out of High Season, the hotel seamed massively under staffed. The was noticeable during breakfast where we had to wait 20 minutes in a que to be seated. Once seated there were so many tables that had dirty plates on them that had nit been cleared. Big ques for food which ran out very quickly and not replenished quickly. On the evening we ordered drinks and Sea food. Drinks took over 30 minutes, food took 45 minutes and they brought the wrong pizza for my son, we decided to keep it as didn't want to wait any longer. Only half our food came with my sons pizza, the calamari came and we eat this all before the fish arrived, poor service from a 5 star hotel. But overall a nice stay.

We had a great time staying at the Pullman but I was disappointed in the rooms, we had a deluxe room but it wasn't deluxe, the bedside tables are way too small, not sure about the glass toilet door and I'd much prefer an enclosed bathroom! And the lights were very hard to workout which switch did what but the ceiling fan was great! The staff were excellent especially Jee Gai, Jee Polly and Jee Tuktuk in the buffet room. The hotel is a bit remote but on a lovely beach. Staff on reception excellent also and manager Milan very helpful.

The hotel is very beautiful with a great atmosphere. The layout of each zone is well organized. I stayed here for two nights during a long weekend, and the place was quite crowded since many guests came at the same time. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. Parking space is limited, but guests can park outside the hotel and use the shuttle service provided. The room was spacious with a large bed. I chose the room with direct pool access — it was amazing! The bathroom was separated into wet and dry zones, and all the amenities were fully provided. There was even a capsule coffee machine for guests — excellent! The air conditioning system is digital, and there’s also a ceiling fan. Two key cards are provided. The hotel has a fitness room for guests, and there’s a bar by the beach which is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. However, I have a few complaints: the room was quite dusty — when I wiped the table, there was dust on my hand. The pillows, blanket, and bedsheets had a musty smell, as if they hadn’t fully dried. Also, breakfast time felt a bit chaotic because guests had to wait in line, and there were times when plates, spoons, and glasses weren’t restocked quickly enough. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with just a few small issues that could be improved
