I would like to express my deep appreciation to Tham and Nur Alam for their outstanding and exceptional service during my stay From the very first moment they were incredibly polite and always had a warm smile on their faces which made me feel comfortable and welcome. I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman Residence Deira. The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What made the experience even better was the amazing service - Chetan, Anoop, and Yasir were super helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. They were friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. Thanks to them, I felt really well taken care of!

The hotel is strategically located with good connectivity by metro and road. The rooms were well maintained and serviced nicely. Appreciate sincere efforts from Tham, from housekeeping and Vishal, for their service. Also, appreciate the lovely cake and birthday card from the in-house dining service. There were enough space in the well designed wardrobes and the small kitchen. The taps in the shower area could be improvised to the one having mixer instead of the old two taps for hot and cold water. The space for the cars coming out from the parking is very tight with acute angle for approach, can be improved to avoid damage to the wheel rims. Overall quite good place to stay and enjoy the city.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel. The property is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a truly comfortable experience. The staff is warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team — Gum and Sushant did an exceptional job. They kept my room spotless, paid attention to the smallest details, and ensured everything was perfectly in place every day. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Pullman Hotel for its excellent service, great ambiance, and dedicated staff. I look forward to staying here again!
