Great resort, very professional staffs. From security guards to receptionists. Everybody can speak English very well, and someone can speak Korean and Chinese also. Very good manner, good hospitality service. Someone else with so bad manners voted 1-2 stars but don't trust them, cause not everyone in the world is a kind person, please make your own experience. I am real local tourist guide in based Danang city. Sincerely. Thank you so much.

Our stay is amazing 4 days. It's helpful for me to understand that front desk gave me the hotel guides of japanese. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had so much variety including Vietnamese foods. This buffet breakfast never gets bored!! We went to swim in the pool everyday during our stay, it made me feel so relaxed and refreshed. The room was nice and clean, especially the specious bathroom makes me comfortable. The staff are very friendly, always a smile and a greeting, and helpful with my requests. Especially guest service staff Mr. ANH, he is very helpful with my request. I’d like to give special thanks to him. We had the time of our lives. Thank you. We hope to stay again.

🌴✨ Pullman Danang Beach Resort — A Slice of Paradise! 🏖️🌺 One of the best beach resorts around 💯! Our room came with a beautiful partial beach view 🌊 and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, lush gardens, and the sea 🌿🏖️. The room was immaculately maintained 🧼🛏️ and radiated luxury from every corner. The hospitality was top-notch 🤝❤️ — the staff made our occasion extra special by surprising us with a bottle of wine 🍷 and a delicious cake 🍰. Such thoughtful gestures truly make a difference! 🙌 Breakfast was an absolute feast 🍳🥐🥞 — a huge spread with global options and even some Indian delicacies 🇮🇳🍛! Perfect way to start the day with a view of the ocean 🌅. Spent 2 full days soaking in the beauty of this property and every moment was pure bliss 😍🌴. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Second time in Danang this year, stayed at the M Hotel which was amazing, brand new etc, however really busy out front and pool. Pullman was the perfect balance, just a short walk down the beach and you're amongst it all. The service at Pullman as next level, nothing was every too hard, the team remembered our names, gardens immaculate, breakfast and dining outstanding. Rooms could do with a little freshening but still very nice. The resort is in such a great location, almost feels at times like you're at a private beach. Great restaurants etc across the road. Well done to Agnoldo and the entire Pullman team, we'll be back next year, if not earlier :-)
