The Pullman Concierge welcomed me by name. Reception staff member welcomed me back to the Pullman as a regular & valued guest. It's nice to be welcomed in this way. She advised me I had my room upgraded to a suite. This was a very nice surprise. My suite was immaculate & spotless. A terrific view of nearby Albert Park & beyond. Enjoyed a room service meal. Recommend the fish & chips. I return to the Pullman because the central city area is in easy reach but far enough away to be nice & quiet. I'm well treated with courtesy & respect. My custom is valued.

Honestly, I had such a pleasant experience staying here. Things got off to a rocky start when for the life of me I could not contact anyone to talk to about my reservation prior to arrival. So I decided talking ti someone when checking in would have to suffice. I quickly discovered I had nothing to worry about. The staff were so pleasant. Accommodating and responsive. Relaxed and genuine. I had checked in online in advance so arrival was easy. I was attending a conference in house so I experienced all amenities. Such a pleasant stay. I loved the valet parking! So accommodating and very reasonably priced fir central Auckland. They didn't charged my fully electric vehicle first me overnight so I left either z full charge. Unreservedly recommend Pullman Auckland Hotel.
