Ultra basic, but clean and good heating. Close to as basic as can be without camping. Would only recommend if travelling in a group of 4-6 people which makes the price per person ultra cheap to make up for the basic accommodation.

The room is below bare minimum - for amenities you have a fridge, TV, water kettle, disposable cups for coffee/tea/milk. No microwave (cooking strictly prohibited), not even hairdryer. British separate taps and inconsistent hot water for shower. Think of it as a high school camp site in the 80s. Wifi only available at dining area and reception. Buffet dining is so poor so you are better off eating out (only water available - you have to purchase drinks separately). Staff are nice and location is fairly convenient being 8mins out of Jindabyne. There is bus from the Station to Jindabyne to connect to the ski fields. It is part of the Perisher group and at peak seasons the price is pure rip off. Unless you have no other choice go somewhere else and if you do, lower your expectation.
