As former hospitality professionals, my wife and I are quite hard to please. The staff at check in and throughout the stay were exceptional. Helpful, conversational and seemed to love being at work. Facilities were always clean and well presented. Housekeeping was great also.

Fantastic if too brief stay at Peppers. Lagoon pool a huge hit with the children and the swim up bar! Staff were so attentive and nothing was too much bother, and were so kind to the children. Room was huge and clean, and an upgrade to a 2 bed suite was an added bonus. Thank you for a memorable stay, boys and I already planning a return!

I would stay again for the convenience of the location, the pool and the breakfast buffet. Located close to other restaurants and shops and just across from the beach. A really great pool. Breakfast was always good with lots of options and variety. I had lunch at the restaurant once which was a bit disappointing and did not have dinner. Service from reception was great and nothing was an issue. The cleanliness of the unit was a bit disappointing when I arrived and the cutlery was still dirty.

The resort is nice but needs lots of maintenance. Cleaning of the rooms was poor, forgot to empty rubbish bins in toilets for 5 days, forgot to change tea towels for 5 days. Even thought I am a Accor Silver member, when I asked to change to another room because the view of my room was to a wall instead of a garden, I was offered to change to the same room with same view in another section of the resort or pay for an upgrade to a better room with a better view instead of a wall. Aren't silver members supposed to get free upgrades when available? I also requested a late check out but only 1 more hour check out was offered even thought I needed 1 more hour before going to the airport. Again being a Silver member should they try to accommodate better? Overall service was very poor and everything i asked for they said NO. It did not feel like a 5 stars resort at all.
