Great hotel at a fair price! My check-in experience was phenomenal, largely due to the service of Mr. Anas who had helped us navigate through some booking delays. Hotel and amenities itself are great! Beautiful views. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Overall, we felt very taken care of and will definitely consider booking again!

The price is bit higher for the facilities it offers. Rooms are nice and with great views. Linens are clean. Bathroom is sparkling clean. They give free toiletries and give dental kit, shaving kit and slippers on demand and of course complimentary. A safety locker is there in the reom along with a coffee maker and iron table + iron. Lighting is bit poor , probably it's an effort to become an energy efficient and sustainability caring hotel . The complimentary breakfast is with limited options yet good . The reception staffs are friendly, however I was denied a check in because I didn't have canadian currency or card to pay when I arrived here. I had to go to a currency exchange , get the exchange and had to come back to get a check in and to be allowed in a room. This I thought could be managed by keeping my payment on hold for an hour or two. Hotel is at a nice and quiet location .

A group from work just attended a big 2 day/night conference here, it was my first time staying here. The check in process took a bit of time, despite us booking ahead of time as there was a complication with us not having the physical work credit card with us. Our room was booked by our Administration team using our organization credit card, so we had no physical possession of it. Room was a good size, very clean and had a coffee maker, fridge and bottled water. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. I was pleased to find it relatively quiet, which is a big plus for me, but it did have outside lighting on neighboring buildings coming in at night, despite the curtains being closed. Conference facilities were suitable for a 500+ person conference, although some workshop rooms were small for the size of the attendees, with some people standing for the duration of the session.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel, booking two rooms, one for us and one for my parents. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. The real highlight, though, was the bed, it was so comfy, you really didn’t want to get up! The only downside was the door between our room and the next one (it was sealed, but you could still hear everything from the other side). Breakfast was continental, with a good variety of options, so it did the job. The elevator, however, was a bit of a joke lol it took forever to show up. But overall, we had a good stay, and the location is not far from Toronto. I’d definitely recommend it!
