Great hotel at a fair price! My check-in experience was phenomenal, largely due to the service of Mr. Anas who had helped us navigate through some booking delays. Hotel and amenities itself are great! Beautiful views. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Overall, we felt very taken care of and will definitely consider booking again!

We spent 4 nights at this hotel, booking two rooms, one for us and one for my parents. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. The real highlight, though, was the bed, it was so comfy, you really didn’t want to get up! The only downside was the door between our room and the next one (it was sealed, but you could still hear everything from the other side). Breakfast was continental, with a good variety of options, so it did the job. The elevator, however, was a bit of a joke lol it took forever to show up. But overall, we had a good stay, and the location is not far from Toronto. I’d definitely recommend it!

Booked a Day Pass with breakfast for myself and a friend as a quick rejuvenation day in the city. It's a great location with a lot of options for food and activities nearby, and easy access to transit and major roads. Parking was plentiful and easy and included in/out privileges. We also had great service checking in and also at breakfast. They have clearly renovated - the lobby area was lovely. I can't speak to the rooms as we did not stay overnight. Breakfast was buffet style and coffee and juice were included and fresh. Food was decent (not a wow) but it was good and there was enough variety to choose from, including fresh fruit. Locker and bathroom near pool area were clean, spacious and so was the shower. Pool area was clean surrounded by trees, and water was inviting. Definitely a mini oasis in the city. Our only minor complaint would be that the pool was not heated as advertised. Granted we did visit later in summer, but it was clear they had already packed up for season as there were also no sun umbrellas or cushions on the loungers. None of this really impacted our day, except that the water was a little colder than we expected. However, we do feel the property does have an obligation to offer what is promised in their package. Regardless, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. The day pass was an affordable deal and a perfect option for a higher end pool day in the city. Thanks for an awesome mini getaway.

Genuinely so disappointed. My partner and I were really looking forward to our stay (especially seeing the 4-star rating), but it's been a letdown from the get go. We had called earlier in the week regarding payment details at check in and (after many times calling where nobody answered the phone - or hung up on us because they were busy) we were assured they would be able to accommodate. When we arrived, it was an absolute hassle getting checked in and they didn't accommodate as promised. When we finally got up to our room (which took ages - as others have mentioned in their reviews, the elevator situation is brutal), another major letdown from what we had hoped for: - As soon as you sit on the bed, it squeaks. When you stand up again, it squeaks. All night it squeaks. And wasn't particularly comfy. - The AC unit on full blast couldn't cool down the room, even after hours of running it (and as others have mentioned in reviews, the vents were filthy). Had to sleep on top of the bedding with the balcony door cracked open. - The bathroom is so small and poorly oriented that you can't get to the shower with the door open. When the door is closed, the toilet still blocks half the access to the shower. When in the shower (which wasn't cleaned well), the showerhead is low enough that any tall person has to duck to be under the water - and the water pressure is very weak. The bathroom fan doesn't work. Not only would I avoid this place in the future, I would tell others to skip it. Hard pass.
