What a gem of a resort. First time in Phoenix and this resort really impressed us. The rooms were very clean, showers were spacious and BEAUTIFUL, and we loved the location of our pool side room. Only weird thing is that it’s not really poolside since there’s a giant fence in the way. But still good. Didn’t get to try the food because the pool service ended by the time we got there. Def would come again.

I stayed at the Omni in June 2024... One of the most memorable and enjoyable hotel stays I've ever had. Booked a mountain view suite and was upgraded to an even larger suite with the same picture-perfect view. There are luxury amenities in the bathrooms (Nest products) which are a lovely touch if you decide to pass on packing your own toiletries. Complimentary golf cart service around the resort upon request so you don't have to brave the desert heat by walking. A huge life and time saver given the grounds are so extensive. On the final night of my stay, my suite's AC broke down. Within an hour of notifying the front desk, they transferred us to a king-size bedroom with working AC, allowing me to get a great night's sleep before flying home the next day. Valet service is prompt and industrious. They will literally SPRINT to your car the minute you walk up and hand them your ticket. This level of service didn't make me grumble over paying for overnight parking/valet as a hotel guest. My girlfriend wants to explore other states, but part of me hopes she agrees to going back to Arizona - because I know EXACTLY where we're staying should we ever wind up in Scottsdale/Phoenix again. The only thing I regret was not booking more nights and have time to explore everything this resort has to offer. As a managing partner at a family-owned business, it makes me happy to see there are still other businesses out there that settle for nothing less than an exceptional customer experience. A luxurious oasis on the edge of the Sonoran Desert. 11/10. Worth every penny!

We were visiting for a few days just to get away. What a great choice with Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa. I was somewhat nervous not knowing what to expect because I'd never stayed at an Omni property before. This Resort did not disappoint at all. Everyone was very accommodating and wanted to assure we were comfortable and pleased with the service and accommodations. Our rooms were well-sized clean and comfortable. The balcony was a good size and very comfortable it also had plenty of outlets for charging devices. I had a little work to do on one of our days here, and the wifi was not lacking. I was able to quickly log in, complete the assignment, and return to vacation getaway time! They also check with you during your stay to make sure all your needs and expectations are addressed. The resort is in a good location. Not far from any attractions- not walking distance but just a short drive. The valet service and bellmen were great! Really the entire staff here was awesome. If we had anything not so positive to say, it would be that we weren't able to find a working ice machine but that turned out to be not so negative because once we mentioned ice, we were provided with ice from any staff member as well as bottles of water. Overall it was a great first-time visit to the state of Arizona and first-time stay with Omni.

All in all it was a great place to stay, the only issue was a 30/35$ a day parking fee on top of a 45$ a day resort fee. I had a little challenge with the booking, no fault of the hotel, the women at reception spent a good amount of time to help sort this issue, she couldn’t have been any more helpful, professional and informative with a great disposition. I would like to personally thank Sarah Jimenez, as she went above and beyond.
