Our staycation at the Omni in Scottsdale was absolutely beautiful, made all the more special by the incredible service at the pool. Carlos, our cabana attendant, went above and beyond in every way—he was attentive, kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We rented a cabana and he made sure that the TV was working properly, that we always had cold water and ice, and plenty of towels. Carlos's warmth made us feel completely cared for, turning a simple day by the pool into a truly memorable experience. It was clear he takes great pride in his work, and the care he shows reflects wonderfully on his leadership. His manager deserves just as much recognition for fostering such an outstanding employee—together, they embody the spirit of five-star hospitality and made our visit unforgettable. Camille (Camila)

What a gem of a resort. First time in Phoenix and this resort really impressed us. The rooms were very clean, showers were spacious and BEAUTIFUL, and we loved the location of our pool side room. Only weird thing is that it’s not really poolside since there’s a giant fence in the way. But still good. Didn’t get to try the food because the pool service ended by the time we got there. Def would come again.

The definition of relaxation. Valet team was great and took great care of our vehicle, always accessible. Started the day off at Joya Spa, the massages were phenomenal, personal areas was truly an experience and then the pool afterwards was a nice touch. The protein bowl with Carne Asada was perfect and the Chicken Tinga Tacos was amazing as well. Great selection of food for a nice day out The room was very spacious and well equipped. Highly enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Didn't get a chance to try Prado or MBar but will definitely do it next time.

Can't say enough great things about the staff and experience my wife and I had at the Omni Scottsdale Resort at Montelucia. The room was spectacular. The staff were so kind. And the service was absolutely amazing. Rae was phenomenal at the Oasis pool. Carlos went above and beyond multiple times to make sure our experience was nothing short of unforgettable, and you could tell he genuinely cares for the guests. Jodi at the Prado restaurant as well as the staff at the Crave coffee shop were so kind. We would definitely go back and highly recommend anyone to check out the resort.
