We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our balcony was relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was clean and relaxing. We were able to easily get a pack and play for our baby. The front desk and concierge were extremely nice and helpful. On our last day our flight was cancelled last minute. They all helped and stored our bags while we figured out a new way to get home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Tv is awful, the color was dark, and remote had limited abilities. No search feature, you have to run through all the channels. Couldn’t connect to my phone to watch on my streaming.

This has always been my favorite hotel. My husband and I got engaged there, and were looking forward to a little weekend getaway. We were not told when we booked that the entire rooftop with bar, pool, observation deck, was being renovated (one of the main reasons we love the hotel). We found out about it when we checked in, which was a huge disappointment. We were only staying one night, so we got a smaller room. Just because you book a small room shouldn’t mean that the room should have less quality. Some of the issues were that a bedside lamp didn’t work, there was zero counter space, coffee maker was broken, and there was even an old, full cup of coffee left by the coffee maker. The light fixture in the bathroom was so rusty, I thought it would fall down. There were no toiletries in the bathroom except for one little bar of soap. This used to be a luxurious hotel, but now, like many businesses in the area, it is going way downhill. There was trash and dirty dishes all over the lobby that was there every time we passed through there during our entire stay. There is wallpaper coming up in the hallways. The neglect of the property is so obvious and sad. It used to be a special place. I gave 5 for service because the front desk and staff of the rib room were wonderful. Please take care of this hotel that we love so that we can return and enjoy our stay.
