The resort is beautiful. Really well maintained golf course. The room was huge. Several pools on site including an adults only which wasn't really monitored to keep teens out. Staff was great. Food options were limited in my opinion but everything we had was good. Overall a good place to stay in Palm Springs.

Very rarely is it that the staff is the most memorable part of a location. Daniel, Eric, Cynthia and many others went out of their way and made the stay amazing. Thank you to the management for creating the environment and giving your staff authority to take personal attention to guests. Amazing facilities, great golf course (gps in the carts, thanks Steve), and wonderful staff. I did not pass a staff member who did not say hello. 12/10. The best.

We had a wonderful experience at the Omni Hotel! From the moment we arrived, Nevaeh provided excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude that truly set the tone for our stay. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We had an early golf outing on Sunday at 6:00 AM, and everything was perfectly coordinated. Our driver who picked us up at 8:45 AM was prompt, professional, and courteous making for a smooth and enjoyable morning on the course. Later that Sunday morning, we stopped by Blue Ember, and our server young lady at 10:15 AM was fantastic attentive, friendly, and ensured we had a great experience. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m currently a guest and blown away by the chaos of the holiday weekend at the pools. People just walking in- no bracelets, no parking passes. The gate is open- come on in everybody! It’s a free swim day for your family. The lazy river is wall to wall. Was hoping for a tropical retreat but got something else. Rooms are old and dark- has so much potential but the management is lax. You can just tell that someone in charge isn’t too concerned. Will not be back and def don’t recommend.
