Love staying here! This was the third stay and always amazing service, also so very clean. Jerry, the security guard, is honest and serious about his job. He makes sure guests are safe and taken care of. He personally made sure I got to where I needed to go safely and went above and beyond to ensure the best service. The front desk staff is amazing and I highly recommend staying at the Omni as they have a top notch crew, in a top notch location!

Booked a reservation for a non-refundable room months ago. It was our first time at an Omni. The two weeks leading up to our overnight, I started reading over a dozen recent reviews that were 1-3 stars ranging from quality of service issues to cleanliness which was my main concern. I called the hotel a few days before our stay and addressed the reviews which they were “shocked by and were working on immediately.” When we arrived our room was spotless. We were roomed on the 5th floor. We had robes and toiletries. Our entire night was quiet and service was exceptional at check-in and out. We parked in the conference center parking garage for $25 overnight instead of the $45 of valet at the Omni. The garage connects to the hotel and it a 2 min walk over a sky bridge. Great location to a mall, CVS, bars and nice restaurants. 8 min walk to the flea market on Sunday and downtown Providence and the wharf. We loved our stay! Highly recommend.

The rooms are the downside, since they are old and have a couple issues mainly with the pipes. Beds are comfy though and the staff is nice. Plus it’s attached to the convention center and right downtown so a great location. The room service is tasty and quick!

I was a guest at the Omni Providence hotel on 10/8/25 while my company was holding a function there. After dinner in town, a colleague and I stopped by Fleming's for a drink. We settled into a booth in the bar area, and the bartender approached us (a tall man with a bun). I politely asked if there was a restroom in the restaurant, as I wasn’t sure whether one was shared with the hotel lobby. His response caught me off guard—he said, "No, you can just use that trough under the table," while rolling his eyes. Though I was surprised by the comment, I thanked him and let it go. After we were served our drinks, I asked him if he was able to change one of the TVs to ESPN and he said no. When I asked why, he said "everything that's on has been requested by a customer already" and I totally understood that but pointed out there were multiple tvs playing the same baseball game. He asked what I wanted to watch, and I explained that there was a WNBA finals game on. He sort of scoffed and said no again and walked away. After that he did not check on us for the rest of the evening. I was so frustrated by the rudeness and poor service that I was considering not tipping (which is unheard of for me), until a coworker joined us and paid for our drinks without me knowing. Just thought you should know that this is how your customers are getting treated when they buy $20 cocktails at in what’s expected to be a premium bar experience.
