Center of town. Valet service is offered at a fee, I would say you should get it. I’m not sure where else you would park. Service is amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. Got 2 complimentary drinks at the cafe. Had an amazing stay and felt very comfortable. Recommend staying here. Couldn’t hear much from the halls it was great, very quiet. I will keep an eye out for this hotel in other areas of my travels.

We had my daughters wedding at the Omni, all I can say is outstanding...from the food to the hotel rooms, everything was absolutely amazing. Colleen the hotels catering sales manager and her staff did an awesome job attending to my daughters every need. The ballroom was absolutely stunning. Everyone was raving about the food, top notch all around. So glad we picked the Omni for the wedding.

The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to the Amtrak station, rental car agencies, and plenty of cafes. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable, decent design. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The only drawback was Morsel’s coffee shop on the second floor. When I asked for a cup of hot water, the woman at the counter tried to charge me about $4 (essentially the price of tea or coffee). She declined to provide it without charge, even though the hotel offers complimentary coffee for guests (which I hadn’t used). When I mentioned the situation to reception, they were surprised and quickly provided hot water without any issue. Overall, I would rate the hotel highly for its location, staff, and rooms, but Morsel’s coffee shop deserves just 1 star due to the poor service.

This hotel gives me vintage vibes. The lobby is very pretty. Service was outstanding. However, once we got to the East section of the hotel where our room was located, it felt dark and secluded(not in a good way). The room itself was fine, mattress was very uncomfortable and the bathroom had an odor we could not figure out. The plumbing made so much noise wgen the shower was running. Unfortunately I would not return to this hotel.
