Beautiful hotel!! I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The building craftsmanship is incredible. The staff were so friendly outside at the curb for an easy valet. The front desk was quick and easy. We had a great room overlooking the old Boston City Hall with a view of the Maurice J. Tobin Memorial Bridge. Being an old hotel, the room was small and the bathroom was tight, but the shower size and bed & pillow comfort were great. The Last Hurrah was a nice place for a quick drink and appetizer, and of course the Boston Cream Pie. Such a neat old hotel right in the middle of the historic parts of town, we enjoyed a beautiful walk through the Boston Common Park and gardens. The city streets were very welcoming and clean overall. Easy walking around town.

Stayed here for a show at TD Garden. Beautiful hotel in great location. We stayed in an updated room which was perfect for the 3 of us. Clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. They have a gym downstairs and a couple restaurants which we didn’t try, however we did grab some coffee and pastries from the cafe/store for breakfast - very tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a large group event (almost 200 rooms) and worked with Nicole and her team on the booking process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Nicole was extraordinarily responsive and flexible - so easy to work with. The rooms were updated and our group was so impressed! It was in a central location and the updated lobby is also beautiful. We'll definitely be booking again!

This hotel is conveniently located so walking to landmarks and historic places is easy to walk anywhere. The check in process is fast and the staff is friendly. It also has two convenient restaurants that serve nice drinks and good food. The room: our room was small compared to the average room. However the bed was super comfortable, but the bathroom is super small. the toilet is located in a small corner in which a big or tall person won’t fit. That is horrible I’m 6”0 and barely fit. The good is that the bathroom was cleaned and organized. One thing I didn’t like is that at 3:30 pm next day my room wasn’t cleaned so had to ask for fresh towels and leave the room as it was because we needed to rest. BTW the air conditioning is super quiet so it won’t bother you at night. Check out process is online, so it is fast and easy. In short Great location Super friendly staff Clean room Room kinda small Super small bathroom (toilet area) :( Parking is expensive at the hotel and surrounding areas. More than the average price.
