New here!! definitely want to leave a review! I was a little skeptical due to the fact on some reviews, front desk didn’t/ couldn’t answer some questions pertaining to my bill. Although overall the staff welcomed me with open arms and management fixed all my problems :) One thing/ reason why I gave this hotel a 5star- was due to their overall faculty- their hospitality was top tier, they welcomed my family with fine refreshments, and one night we came downstairs to some FREE icecream!!! Both bellman were a pleasant help- specifically talking about a nice gentleman- He greeted at the door Every-time with a pleasant smile , and always had answers to any questions I had - You definitely can’t forget someone whose name is Alaska !

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. What really made the experience stand out was the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

Generally the room was ok. However my shower would not drain and I had to stand in a pool of dirty shower water. The people were nice though. Better hotels in the area for the price.

The location and the pool are the best part of this hotel. The room view was pretty cool as well if you're a Cowboys fan. The front desk staff are ill informed which cost us an additional $50 in charges. They also incorrectly charged us and had to issue us a partial refund because they didn't apply the package we had bought. I also had to catch this mistake myself while reviewing the bill. The room decor was nice but the bed is extremely firm and not comfortable. There is wall paper peeling in the bathroom as well. I definitely don't think it was worth the price tag and we won't be returning. The high expectations of a place like this were absolutely not met.
