The reservation started out rocky with some left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing at the hotel as far as my request for the room. It was soon resolved by the concierge manager. Everything was set up beautifully with chocolate strawberries in the room. The room was actually one of the nicest we have been in. Everything was so clean and so well put together and so well decorated. The bed was wonderful to sleep in. The bathroom has a huge soaking tub, a walk-in shower with two sinks. There is a wonderful seating area and even a separate office area. Around the hotel is a lot of wonderful shopping and of course the star, which is the cowboy practice field. I would highly recommend this area for a getaway. It happened to be our wedding night and I can't think of a nicer place if you're staying in town.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. What really made the experience stand out was the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

I stayed two weeks ago and the room I had booked online was not the same one I got. The one I had booked had a plunge bath tub and living room. I ended up in a basic with no tub and a small shower and no living area. It had a view of the fields but wasn’t what I was there for. A couple of small things missing from room service order.

I was recently with a group of people who stayed at this hotel. The rooms and hotel in general was BEAUTIFUL. However, the service I received from Bismark (what his name tag read) was less than satisfactory. I felt violated because when I gave him because he held on to my hand a little longer than he should and asked if I was single.. Don't think our group will book with this hotel in the future.
