This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

Child policy: For guests in the Ocean View Villa and Oceanfront Villa, children (under 17) are not permitted, as the resort is adults-only. For guests in the Private Ocean Villa, children (2-15) and infants (under 2) are permitted, as the villa is located off-site from the main resort.

Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details. Please note package inclusions for extra guests vary depending on the rate selected, please choose your package carefully.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

The following applies to select packages only.

• All massages will be in the day spa.
• Roundtrip airport transfers are only available for stays of 5+ nights and will be organised three weeks in advance (Private Ocean Villa excluded).
• A complimentary breakfast hamper and a bottle of wine are provided on arrival (Private Ocean Villa only).
• The Private Ocean Villa is serviced every three days.
