7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Breakfast is a buffet served between 6.30am and 10.30am at Wedang Jahe Restaurant.
- Lunch is two courses, served from 12pm to 3pm at any open restaurant.

- Themed buffet dinners are mandatory on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Raja is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but is open for dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

- Please ensure you arrive at your scheduled massage 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. Due to high demand, reservations must be made two days in advance. Booking your spa treatment upon your arrival is highly recommended.
- Guests must be 12+ years to access the resort’s gym, sauna and steam rooms.
- Kids’ Club is available for children aged 3 to 12 years.
- The Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 6pm. A babysitting service is available at a charge of IDR 65,000+ per hour, per child (excludes taxes and service charges).
- Palace Club Lounge: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The welcome drink is a fruit punch served at the Lobby bar.
Palace Club Privileges
- Daily afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm at the Palace Club Lounge.
- Daily extended evening cocktails served with cheeses and canapes in the Palace Club Lounge from 5.30pm to 7pm (in addition to the three hours of free-flow drinks included in your package).
Airport Transfers Upgrade Inclusions & Fine Print
- Inclusions: Roundtrip airport transfers or VIP roundtrip airport transfers in an upgraded deluxe vehicle, English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll fee, one bottle of 330ml water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.
- Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
- Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests can bring their own.
- Drivers will wait for delays of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Fine Print
- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
