The staff were super welcoming and gave us a colouring in book for our 3 yr old on arrival, she felt super special. The room was very spacious compared to other hotels we have used in the past. Our daughter had more than enough room to play on the floor. Bathroom had a bath/shower combo so we could bath our daughter. Great location, few minutes walk to the harbour which has just about everything you would need. Will 100% be staying here again.

Definitely luxury hotel. The room was great. The staff were nice. There were a lot of rich people and like party people. Almost felt like a hotel in Vegas. The room was quiet though. Good location. I was able to walk through the neighborhood at night to get to a good Italian restaurant nearby.i suppose it's worth it if you want to treat yourself. The pool is an outdoor pool so I wasn't able to use it unfortunately due to the weather.

Room (deluxe) - spacious, a little bit dusty, slipper not provided. Overall still quite clean. The heater is not really working. Small gym and small pool. Nothing fancy. Bar area and lobby - amazing! Very comfy! Service is good - kudos to the staff. The location is great - walking distance to Sydney fish market and Chinatown.

Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour is in a great position, with a light rail very close and walking distance to the city and Darling Harbour. Reception were busy, but the wait was minimal and they had a room ready for me in the afternoon. The room, I was disappointed with. The bathroom grout was dirty and cracked tiles, I am thinking maybe my room is due to be renovated?? But certainly needed work. The beds, chairs and table were comfortable. Lifts were always available, even though it was a busy weekend. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Nice and fresh, I was pleasantly surprised how big the spread of options were. Even though the bathroom wasn't great, I would recommend as it is in a fabulous position.
