Had an amazing stay, beautiful clean hotel with very comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area and gym, there is an amazing rooftop bar that is very well decorated. The hotel is just open for a year now. The executive lounge is very nice and there are plenty of delicious foods and drinks. Miss Kim at the lounge was so kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a lot Western and Asian choices and I loved that they also had local food options. It’s nearby an mall and the river. Just across the street there’s and 24 hour shop with a lot choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The staff are courteous and committed, elevating customer service to a new standard. Despite English not being their primary language, many make an effort to communicate effectively. The staff, including the doorman, concierge, restaurant team, and housekeeping, all greet guests with warm smiles and show great respect.The hotel is tidy and has a pleasant aroma. Each morning, the breakfast spread features fresh local fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Every morning greeted with smile. The hotel's location is also a plus, conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy for guests to explore the area. Overall, the combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, and inviting atmosphere makes for a memorable stay that guests are eager to share with others.

5 Stars! They say this is a 4 star hotel but it felt like a 5 star to me. The staff was fantastic, some of the best service I have experienced. Whilst waiting for being picked up for my tour, the doorman was super friendly and genuinely interested in my stories. Being a Platinum member I got upgraded and offered me extra late checkout with my flight leaving in the afternoon. The room was very modern and comfortable. There was a Bodia spa in the hotel which was super convenient. Overall a great stay.

Upon check-in, I was offered a queen-size bed as an alternative to my original twin-bed booking — a thoughtful gesture that left a great first impression. The beds were comfortable and neatly made each day. The mini bar was fully stocked, which is convenient for those who prefer to stay in, especially with a convenience store just a stone's throw away. However, it did limit space for my own drinks, and I felt hesitant to request for it to be cleared. The gym facilities were impressive, particularly for a newly opened hotel, and the swimming pool was more than adequate. I didn’t see anyone else using either facility during my stay, which meant I had the entire space to myself — a rare luxury. What I appreciated most was the courteous staff I encountered in the corridors — always acknowledging guests with a smile, something not often seen in other hotels in Phnom Penh. As a new player in the hospitality scene in Phnom Penh but with experience worldwide, I believe this hotel is off to a strong start with a capable management team. That said, there is still room for improvement at the supervisory level. For example, water, coffee, and tea were not replenished on my first day — a small detail that can make a big difference.
