I had an amazing stay at Novotel Phnom Penh! The location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of fresh options, and the pool area is absolutely outstanding — a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. What truly made my stay special was the service. Every staff member, from the reception, room, to the bar and restaurant team, was professional and friendly. A special mention to Mary at the reception — always smiling, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — and Kunthy, Taincheng, who made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. Overall, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Phnom Penh. Highly recommended!

Great service by Vichet!! Even after I checked out, he helped me endlessly with my cardigan which I’ve left at the hotel. Arranged to be packed etc.. I was back in Singapore and yet he was in touch with me for the arrangement. I am so so grateful for his immaculate service! Hotel is brand new and clean! Love how the hotel arranged all the extra water I requested for. Rooms were quiet and cosy. Beds were so so nice too. I will def recommend! Rooftop bar, food was awesome!! I will def recommend to eat there! But my suggestion to the bar is to turn on the fan during not so windy days. Awesome experience! Thank you everyone!! I will come back to visit again ☺️

This is my 3rd time stay: 1. Suggest to review the compliment bottled water especially the closure. I found some of them are loose, so I can not open it 2. Your front office and lobby staff are very helpful and full of attention to maximise guests' comfort. Appreciation to Mr Naypocurn (sorry if mistype), ms Marry, ms Monika , ms Saiyklin (sorry if mistype) and all the staff I can not mention one by one. Thank you

This hotel is very beautiful with excellent service. all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect You can see the full view of the city. Room is very clean. You can test the restaurant in the hotel, breakfast lunch and dinner. they also have Sky bar the food is very delicious with many options especially staff Sokea, Din, Narin, kunthey chhaya and Kim Leang and more they're friendly polite hopeful. I really enjoy my vacation here with all of them. Best recommend.
