Very comfortable sleep, nice view of the airport and the ocean. The hotel is showing its age but still very good condition. The lounge staff can be nicer, they seemed tired. Breakfast is very average. Special thanks to Mr. Dan at check in, he’s a gem. Made us feel very welcome. Hotel is on top of the city gate outlet and tung Chung station. About 50 minutes to hk island direct train, about 25 hkd.

My kid always enjoyed staying here, with its accessibility to city gate outlet, tung chung station and most importantly its nearness to sunny bay station disneyland. Staff are courteous. Our rooms and beds are so comfy with an amazing view.

We loved our whole stay at the hotel. It's just the perfect and the best. Kudos to all staff and members, and special thanks and mention to Jason, the manager on Oct 01, who attended to our needs superbly. I especially appreciate the concern and care that he showed us when my mom needed medical attention. His support and service were topnotch! Please extend our thanks and gratitude to him. We will definitely we back!

A Service Experience Beyond Expectations! A Heartwarming Stay at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong This is my first time stay in this hotel, while the hotel facilities show a little bit of their age, this was completely overshadowed by the exceptionally attentive service. 🌟 A special shout-out to Ms. Grima at the front desk! From her warm smile during check-in to her professional patience in answering all our questions, she even remembered guests' names and greeted us personally. This attention to detail was truly heartwarming. 💯 While the decor isn't the most trendy, the room cleanliness was impeccable. The comfort of the bedding was still up to standard. Coupled with the unbeatable shopping convenience of Citygate Outlets and the short 10-minute shuttle ride to the airport/Tung Chung MTR Station, the value for money was surprisingly good! A huge thank you to Ms. Grima and the team. Your genuine service more than made up for any minor shortcomings in the hardware, truly embodying the meaning of a "home away from home." We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong
