I had an awesome stay here the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly respectful, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Fenny, was always welcoming. Her attention to detail and warm attitude truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you to the Novotel Nusa Dua team for creating such a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I spent 3 relaxing days at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua in August 2025, and it was fantastic! The hotel is really nice, clean, and comfortable. The best part was definitely the staff—they were super friendly and always ready to help. The beach is nearby, and there’s a shuttle every 15 minutes if you don’t want to walk. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to a great beach club with a nice, calm sea—perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool at the hotel was also really good and a nice spot to unwind. The restaurant was solid, and the cafe had really good almond croissants—definitely worth trying! We read other reviews before our trip, and honestly, they were all spot on. If you’re heading to Nusa Dua, this hotel is definitely worth checking out. Would love to come back again!

Great stay at the Novotel. Well located in Nusa Dua - close to shops and restaurants and other resort. Walking distance to the beach / Bali Collection Mall / Theatre / Museum though there are regular shuttles between them and the hotel. Room was perfect for a family of 4 - great to have our own space as well as space to gather together. Everything, gym, spa, cafe and restaurants within reach. All staff were always kind, respectful and cheerful and did not spare any opportunity to make our stay nor comfortable ad pleasant. Special thanks to Dian, Juan and Lorensia who surprised my wife on her birthday with a cake and mini celebration. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed the trip and loved staying here, however the service did take awhile at times, however the food was amazing and was worth the wait. Lots of fun activities to do with families. There was lots of privacy. The transportation was efficient and easy to access. The food is quite expensive, and room service takes awhile to get your food. As well as the wifi connection has been poor at times during the evening as well as during the day. I have been using more data then wanted on this holiday and have to buy more because of this inconvenience.
