We are coming to the end of a weeks stay here, and I am reluctant to leave. It is absolutely beautiful . From the moment my family and I arrived, we have been treated exceptionally well. We have thoroughly enjoyed the extensive Buffet breakfast every morning, delicious cocktails by the pool…and the pool itself is simply fabulous. Stunning gardens, and plenty of shade. We have been to the Dayspa for several treatments, snd may I especially thank Rai the Spa Manager , who was always so accommodating. I had sent several emails in previous weeks, trying to book in different treatments for various family members, and she was always so easy to deal with. The Spa itself is gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, and all the staff were, without exception, wonderful. I know that there are cheaper places nearby, but the prices are still incredibly cheap compared to home ( Australia). I could not recommend it more. We also loved the Beach Club. The food and drinks were very reasonable (and delicious!) and the staff were very friendly. Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday Novotel Nusa Dua, we will definitely be back!

The gardens at the resort are perfectly manicured. We visited in October which was stunning with the gardens in full flower. A shuttle bus runs to the beach club every 15 mins. We loved enjoying lunch and drinks right on the sand moments from the ocean. Budi and Ayu looked after us on our stay by servicing our room and making much loved towel animals. A great family friendly resort. Many families enjoyed the pool.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Nusa Dua! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully designed gardens that make the whole atmosphere feel peaceful and tropical. There’s an abundance of plants and nature all around, which adds to the relaxing vibe. The beach nearby is stunning—clean, calm, and perfect for a peaceful walk or simply relaxing by the water. It really felt like a hidden gem. The staff were all very professional and welcoming throughout the stay. A special thanks to Lorensia for her kind hospitality and warm assistance. She went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Truly appreciated!

Overall the resort was nice, I have been to much nicer and also much worse resorts. We stayed in one of the 3 bedroom residences. Our room was below my standard of a nice room, too many things needed to be repaired while we were there and the overall cleanliness didn't meet my expectations. Definitely needs some renovations!! The amenities of the resort were ok and also the buffet was decent. In the end, we're glad we tried out the Novotel but most likely wouldn't stay there again.
