7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Guaranteed late check-out until 1pm. Requests for a later check-out are subject to availability.
  • Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies. Please note, the credit cannot be used for spa services, has no cash value, and cannot be combined or rolled over to other days.
  • Hot American breakfast is served at Little Summer Restaurant from 7am to 11am.
  • Experience local flavours with a daily wine tasting in the lobby from 4pm to 5pm for two guests. No reservation is required.
  • All taxes and daily destination fees are included in the rate. The Daily Destination Fee is US$30 a day and includes a one-hour yoga class with professional instruction for two guests per stay, daily s’mores dessert for two guests, a one-hour bike rental for two guests and high-speed internet access.

Loved staying here! Really comfy rooms and centrally located to Napa as well as the highway to get around the area easily. The amenity fee is annoying but did cover a good deal between the $20 f&b credit, bike rentals and the free wine tasting every day at 5 pm.

The staff were all amazing. The food was great. The courtyard and pool areas were very comfortable. I wish the music in the courtyard seating area would have stayed off, at least during the day. The spa services were nice, but incredibly over priced, especially since the charge is higher on Friday and Saturday for the exact same service. Also, adding a gratuity*automatically* makes it no longer "a gratuity," it's simply a price increase. A big one.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and both Rebecca and Blossom were both amazing. They provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine along with kind words. These two made our stay so much better! The room was great and we were able to check in early. I loved the free daily wine hour and the outdoor spaces including the fun spinning top chairs!

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. I am currently staying here until Sunday with a group of six, across three rooms When we arrived last night, at first the room seemed fine. However, once we closed the curtains, we found a large spider with a web. Being from Puerto Rico, this didn’t bother us too much, so we just closed the curtains and moved on. Later, when we used the shower, we noticed the handheld shower head was covered in black mold, clearly not cleaned for a long time. We went ahead and showered since it was already late and went to bed. Sleeping was another challenge—the air conditioner is old and only works on “auto.” Every time it shut off and turned back on, it made a very loud noise that kept us from sleeping well. The next morning, I reported these issues to the front desk, showed them my photos, and the staff member said they would take care of it. Later, I spoke with my group and found out the other two rooms also had problems: one of them killed a large cockroach in their room last night, and the other had the same issue with the noisy air conditioning that disturbed their sleep. What really disappointed me is that when we returned to our room, none of the issues we reported had been addressed. This is my third time visiting Napa, but my first time at this hotel; and definitely my last. I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to let others know so they can compare carefully before booking.
