Nestled on Phuket’s west coast, Namaka Resort Kamala is a 10-minute drive to Kamala Beach and Phuket FantaSea Theme Park. Easily experience some of Kamala’s most well-known attractions, including Pang Chang Kamala and the historic Tsunami Memorial Park. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

  • The set lunches are served at Blue Sea Restaurant with a selective a la carte three-course menu from 12pm—3pm.
  • The set dinners are served at The Talay Café & Bistro from 6pm—9pm.
  • Daily alcoholic drinks per adult includes a selection of cocktails (mojito, margarita, cosmopolitan, tequila sunrise, or caipiroska) or mocktails, local beer and soft drinks. These are available at Ocean Bar from 11am - 5pm.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive – honestly, some of the best service I’ve ever received. Before arriving, I emailed them to request a room on the first floor, and they kindly arranged it just as I asked. We stayed on the first floor, and the staff always made sure we were comfortably transported with their electric carts, which was a lovely touch. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety – a perfect start to each day. Everything from the service to the environment exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay.

Been here for 5 days so far and staying for a further 4 days and at the moment, everything has been really good. Staff are very attentive and helpful. There is a daily shuttle to Kamala Beach and Villa Market every hour between 11am to 6pm. As a solo traveller, I felt the staff were "looking out" for me to make sure I was ok. My room has been cleaned daily with no issues. Bottles of water in the room are replenished every day. I've enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The meals I've eaten in the café bistro have been very tasty. My overall experience has been very positive. When I arrived it was around 9am so I knew I would have to wait for my room to be available. The staff kept me updated and apologised that the room wasn't ready. I did get into my room early, which was very much appreciated. It is a hike up to the rooms, but generally there is a buggy to take you to and from your room. There isn't a lift to the rooms but then I've stayed in lots of hotels that don't have lifts so this wasn't an issue, especially as the bell boy carried my case up the stairs on his shoulder! I wanted a nice relaxing holiday and I've certainly had that. Thank you to the entire staff team for making my stay here very pleasant.

Beautiful resort but it could use some upgrades. The lobby was gorgeous. The gym was very tiny and there was not much else to the resort. The room I had felt old and rundown. A couple of my towels had black marks on them before I even used them. The service was great though which makes up for the older rooms and lack of amenities. I would not recommend this resort as a solo traveler as it was extremely far from everything and not a lot going on around the beach area. The beach I could see from my balcony did not do Kamala beach justice.

The reception staff is very rude and racist. They intentionally gave us a very bad and compact room and denied to have any alternative rooms even when we were fine with a downgrade. When we said we will pay, suddenly alternative rooms were available. During discussion at the lobby, we found another couple facing the same issue. Maybe this is their strategy to force people to pay and upgrade. Ultimately, we paid and had to upgrade. The breakfast spread is only thai cuisine and that too very limited.
