We Absolutely loved this hotel! The location is amazing, everything was super clean, and the facilities had more than we expected. Breakfast was delicious!! Perfect spot for families. The staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome! The chocolate hour was fun, and my daughter had free ice cream 🍨 she loved it!! The treats they have in the lobby were yummy!! 100% recommend!!

I truly enjoyed the experience at Mövenpick Hotel Wellington. The room was stylish yet cozy, with everything I needed readily available. The location was perfect -- right in between the vibrant city central and the quieter hillside suburbs. I especially enjoyed the Chocolate Hour -- what a treat for the guests! I used the sauna and swimming pool too, which were both maintained at immaculate condition. The spread of breakfast buffet and dinner menu options were great too, and you got to enjoy your meals with fantastic views from the restaurant!

Was nice enough. Not sure I would rate it 5 stars. Check in was rather slow as their system was lagging. Staff forgot to give me back my credit card until I reminded them. Note:you are located amongst the suburbs. My view was overlooking a trash filled street and left me having to have my blinds closed the whole time due to the close proximity of the people in the houses. TV does not have cable or any streaming services, nor can you hot-spot or mirror your devices. Hotel is located on top of a steep hill so access from the city can be an issue for some if walking. Complimentary robes were stiff and scratchy. Off peak times for a room service meal is only a burger meal with a few other entrees/desserts so a very limited selection. Staff were generally friendly, king bed was comfy and room was nice and clean.

Service was amazing. All of the staff we very friendly, kind and attentive which really makes a big difference to me The manager really made an effort to help us retain my husbands wedding ring which fell down a drain pipe in the bathroom after him taking it off before going into the sauna. He came up to our room with tools to try and retrieve it from the pipe and had to reach into an awkward position. We really appreciated his efforts and his kindness. The beds were super comfortable - I could have stayed in bed all day. Pool and spa - lovely and clean. Gym - really decent! - I was expecting it to be smaller. Super clean and enough equipment to have a good workout. I loved how the wellness area was open till 11pm too. The only downside was that the room was very small which was expected for the city centre.
