Excellent Stay with Comfort, Hospitality, and Scenic Views I had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel and Thermal Spa Bursa, and I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: • Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in a calm yet accessible area. It’s easy to reach from the main road and close to key attractions, parks, and shopping. The elevated position provides a beautiful panoramic view of Bursa city, especially at sunset. • Staff & Service: The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the reception team to housekeeping and restaurant personnel. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and ready to assist with any request. A big plus for their courteous attitude. • Rooms & Cleanliness: Rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. The amenities are thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained. Soundproofing is good, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. • Spa & Thermal Facilities: The thermal spa is one of the highlights—clean, relaxing, and well-organized. It’s a unique experience to enjoy natural hot spring water in such a well-designed environment. • Restaurant & Dining: The in-house restaurant offers delicious and well-presented meals. Breakfast is rich in options with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Dining with a view of the city adds to the experience. • Parking & Accessibility: The valet parking service is complimentary and efficient, which adds comfort to the stay. Easy drop-off and pickup right at the entrance. • Value for Money: Prices are reasonable and well-justified by the level of service and comfort provided. It’s a great value considering the facilities and premium experience. ⸻ Final Verdict: An excellent hotel that combines Swiss-quality hospitality with Turkish charm and thermal wellness. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bursa. Great for couples, families, or conference attendees.

Good hotel tho for the price we paid we were expecting a bit more cosy and airy atmosphere. Our windows were dirty and parking garage is more like driving in Monaco Granprix - hotel should offer vale and be on the look out when guest arrive as it is stressing to park.

From reservation to reception and from food to cleaning, everything was perfect. The Italian restaurant was really good. The spa, sauna and the pool were very clean. The reception staff were quite helpful and friendly and Turkish and Bali massage staff were really experts in their field and kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel and Thermal Spa in Bursa. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad at the reception who handled our check-in—he was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly for our family. A great guy and a true asset to the hotel! We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, and the hotel arranged them next to each other, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was on point and the overall environment was peaceful and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to many popular spots in Bursa such as: • Çekirge Thermal Area (for relaxing Turkish baths and spas), • Kültürpark (a green park ideal for walks and family time), • Kent Meydanı AVM (a large shopping mall), • and just a short drive to the historical Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami) and the city center. The thermal spa facilities are an added bonus if you’re looking to unwind.
