Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Daily buffet breakfast is served at Ruenton Restaurant from 6.30am to 10am.
- One-course set-menu dinner is served at Ruenton Restaurant from 6pm to 10pm. Guests need to book this dinner at the front office or directly at the restaurant on arrival. Please note, the dinner includes one item only from the set menu.
- Nightly free-flow cocktail hour includes house cocktails, local beer, wine or soft drinks. It is available at the Garden Lounge between 5pm to 6pm.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- Valid for transfer to/from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) only.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per van, one way.
- A six-passenger van can fit six pieces of luggage.
- Transfers required from midnight to 6am will be charged a supplement of THB350 per van, per way.
- An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
