We stayed at the Mondrian South Beach to celebrate both my birthday and anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Our room was absolutely beautiful with stunning views and a chic vibe that matched the energy of Miami perfectly. What made it even more special was the sweet surprise of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us — such a lovely and personal touch that made our celebration feel even more special. The entire property is gorgeous, from the stylish interiors to the serene pool area with amazing waterfront views. Every detail made our stay feel luxurious and memorable. Highly recommend Mondrian South Beach for any special occasion — or just because you want to treat yourself!

I love this hotel, I have stayed here 3 times. The rooms are so cute, spacious & unique. Too many hotels these days are drab grey- this one has color and subtle decor! Almost every room has a good view even if you aren’t on the bay side. The staff and maids have all been kind to me. Sebastian especially showed professionalism and hospitality during my stay. One last thing- i like that you can walk to whole foods so easily, and target pretty easy too.

I stayed at the Mondrian in 2020, and had a great experience, so I decided to come back. I just left, and I’m pretty disappointed. Upon arrival, the lady at check in wasn’t friendly. They charge you all type of resort fees (not sure why). House keeping comes every 3 days, which was the duration of our stay. Our shower was half broken. Nothing about this place seemed luxurious, and it’s pretty shocking because of the price we paid to stay here. The pool is beautiful, and the bar staff was great. It’s upsetting to see how things went downhill.

Today’s experience at the Mondrian was extremely disappointing. I spent the day at the pool with my friends, and once the pool closed, the hostess sat us at the restaurant. Despite acknowledging our table, no server came by for 30 minutes. When we finally went to the bar to try ordering directly, the bartender was dismissive, told us to wait for our server, and sent us back to the table. When our drinks eventually arrived, none of us liked them. We sent them back, and while replacements were brought, they were just as bad, so we decided not to drink them and end the night. Despite this, the bill still included the espresso martinis we had sent back. We asked to speak with the manager, but he never showed up. Not only was the service careless and dismissive, but we also felt discriminated against during the entire experience. For a hotel of this caliber, the lack of professionalism and hospitality was unacceptable.
