Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes is tucked away in the heart of southwestern France’s famed wine-growing region. This 19th-century wine cellar turned five-star hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from historical attractions like the Place de la Bourse and the Cathédrale Saint-André de Bordeaux. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from the Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (BOD) and a two-hour train journey from Paris. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

A Stark-designed hotel. The rooms are faithful to his style, featuring high-quality materials. The staff is responsive and friendly. The Japanese restaurant is delicious, and the bar offers a wide variety of digestifs and cocktails. We highly recommend the Mondrian.

High-quality hotel, spa and restaurant with very attentive staff. Modern, clean, stylish rooms. Restaurant and bar are excellent quality. Overall, very good for business or couples. The pool and spa are small, but very nice and heated. And to reiterate, the staff are very hospitable. Location is a 15-20 minute walk or taxi to the charming area. Kids can swim but not loudly as it is a spa.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. It is the Restaurant Service Two years in a row that is not to the standards of the Hotel. The servers are not attentive. It takes a long time to even offer water or bring the drinks. They bring first the food and wait forever for the drinks. This happened to me this year for Lunch and last year for dinner. For Breakfast, the server scoulted me and other people for siting in an area that she was not serving. There were not signs and the receptionist did not specify where to seat. I DO NOT recommend using the Resturant at all. User Room Service which is Punctual and cordial
