I had a wonderful experience at Arumbai Restaurant. The food was tasty and well-prepared, but what really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially Kak Fitri, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. She served with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly welcomed. The restaurant itself is very comfortable, clean, and easy to access, with both smoking and non-smoking areas available. Overall, a great place not only for the food but also for the outstanding service.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service! I had a great experience at Mercure Tangerang City Center. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to Irvan who warmly welcomed us during check-in and made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. His attention to detail and helpful attitude truly made a difference. At check-out, Juan at the reception was incredibly professional and efficient, assisting us smoothly with everything we needed. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and genuine hospitality.

Nice bed even a bit high for petit people. The food was just great. Long queue depending on what time you have your breakfast. Nice view at the top. The gym and pool were at the top too but I had no time to use. Checked in here for work purpose.

First impression is the nice and friendly staff. Receive a warm welcome once step into the building. The room environment is cozy, bed is comfy and due to manage get the high floor so the view also nice. Breakfast selection is just average. Might consider to stay here again if visiting this area.
