The hotel is a bit dated, but the room is spacious and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. The lounge on the ground floor is open to everybody. Only some snacks and drinks but it's a good place to relax with friends.

👍🏾 The rooms are very big and comfortable. 👍🏾 It's within walking distance of The Rainbow Pine Forest and Karatsu Castle. Also very close to the JR Futaba Station. 👍🏾 The public bath is nice, but the floor around the bathing are is a bit slippery. 👍🏾 There are free toiletries for the to take in the lobby. 👍🏾 The yukata was stylish and comfortable. 😔 Breakfast was a little expensive and not as great as the first time I had stayed there. I was really disappointed that there was no omelette station. 👍🏾 The breakfast rolls and butter chicken curry were quite good.

I stayed here on a tour. The rooms were spacious and had great views. The water dispensers and bottled water are located around the right after exiting the elevator on each floor, but they're hard to find. The snacks in the lounge were mediocre, and dinner was also low-quality, with a lot of carbohydrates, including noodles, rice, and potatoes. The Saga beef yakiniku was good, but the side dishes were plentiful and unappetizing. The venue is an inverted L-shape, and if you turn left at the back, you can see Karatsu Castle. Breakfast opens at exactly 7:00, with about 30 people waiting in line.
