Mercure Resort Sanur is perfectly situated on the tranquil Sanur Beach, just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant local market and famous Sanur eateries. Valid for travel from 1 March 2025 until 31 March 2026 (bookings must be made before 31 January 2026).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of A$150 per adult (12+) and A$75 per child (6–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

  • Daily buffet breakfast is available at Pandawa Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
  • Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
  • Transport is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
  • Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
  • Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

  • Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.

  • You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
  • Rates are per car, one way.
  • A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
  • An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
  • The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

We had the best time at our wedding in Mercure sanur. We had 70 guest and 13 kids. We all had an amazing time. Staff and managers we just incredible. Nothing was too much for everyone here. Affordable, clean and really well thought out.

Firstly, I would like to thank Mr Samuel Theodorus, the hotels Guest Experience Manager for his efforts to make our birthday stay special, we both appreciated it. Pros: Mature well kept gardens leading to the promenade, beach and a choice of alternative restaurants. Towels are provided for the pool areas and beach. Beach beds and brollies are provided for hotel guests. Nice pool areas and beds were always available during our visit. Friendly staff and a special thank you to Ayu and Ranum at the Spa for the excellent massages. Cons: whilst very friendly, a few of the staff seemed quite immature and unaware of their surroundings. The linen in the room was often dirty and in some cases did need replacing as it is worn. We had to request a linen change and on a couple of occasions had to ask for hand towels as housekeeping removed them, but didn’t replace. The shower wasn’t very powerful and the water never very hot, we never needed to add cold to the mixer. We were also disappointed in the quality of the food. During our stay we raised our concerns with Samuel, the Guest Experience Manager, and we felt that he sincerely listened and understood our feelings. He also assured us that the management would look at some extra staff training to overcome the issues where possible, mainly housekeeping.

From the website and reviews, the resort is definitely not what we expected. Unfortunately we have been disappointed with our overall experience so far. As a GOLD Accor Member, it has been one small disaster after another. Travelling with wife, 2 kids and grandmother, we have been quite surprised at the very old and dated rooms. Stained bedsheets, old bath towels and pool towels look like they have been around as long as the resort has been operating. Fortunately we moved rooms…. Again, told a time that we could move… to then just waiting and waiting as new room wasn’t ready. We have wasted a whole day. Won’t be coming back here again as much as we love Sanur. And disappointed that Accor has really dropped their standard. Obviously being a good member with ALL gives you nothing much these days. On the plus side, all of the staff are very friendly.
