A great family friendly venue. The self contained apartments were ideal especially with fitted washing machine and dryer 👏. The living area and bedrooms are spacious and two ensuites with toilets are convenient for a family of five. The room was “fresh” and kitchen stocked with all necessary equipment and yes - a dishwasher too. We found the location perfect! The views from balconies are quite stunning. The beachfront only one block away, bus stops out front and eateries galore along the street. Grocery stores and quick marts only a few minutes walk. The hotel has a small games room, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools and dadadadaah a putt putt golf also. So, there is enough to keep the family busy for a lazy ‘home day’. We found all the permanent residents which we encountered to be a friendly and helpful as the staff. Thank you.

Easy and fast check-in with early room access. Clean, spacious, and modern room with a full kitchen. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. View wasn’t the best, but we only stayed one night — next time I’ll book a beach view. Definitely coming back!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed it. Our room had a fantastic balcony with ocean views. Breakfast provided a good variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel's location is perfect. Being so close to the beach and local shops was great. The room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable but it was OK for just 2 nights. The staff at reception was not very attentive and friendly.

The hotel is in a good location however our rooms were average in terms of decor and cleanliness. The place seemed outdated and in need of refurbishment. Given the price we paid to stay, I expected a much more from the accommodation. The hotel staff were helpful and allowed us to checkout an hour later. Our children enjoyed the indoor swimming pool however the outdoor pool isn't heated so wasn't used.
