From check-in, we had a positive experience. The location was great , we parked the car and never used it again. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and fresh. View from balcony was fantastic.

No need was too much! We booked an apartment room for two nights in June 2025 over the weekend. Arrived at 12 and got a check-in straight away. We placed the 'Do Not Disturb' on the door handle and privacy was granted, I've had previous experiences at other hotels where this was ignored. We asked for a late checkout and it was granted with no hassle or cost whatsoever, and on check out, the reception team were more than happy to help store our bags until our departure. All facilities were clean and tidy, and the room was fully equipped and more modern than the online photos. Will be staying at this Mantra Twin Town again next time!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed it. Our room had a fantastic balcony with ocean views. Breakfast provided a good variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel's location is perfect. Being so close to the beach and local shops was great. The room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable but it was OK for just 2 nights. The staff at reception was not very attentive and friendly.

Had a 3 night stay from the 01/09 to the 04/09. The rooms have been updated. Unfortunately the staff that maintain then need some educating in making beds restocking the coffee and tea. One time we were told the milkman didn't come that day so there was no milk at all. We stayed on the balcony while the room was service one day. It took about 5mins and they asked if we wanted the beds made. Went back inside and found the topper had been just thrown up over the crumpled bed sheets, no attempt made at all to straighten them out. Well at least we know where not to go in the future, a shocker from what was once a decent place to stay...
