Great location - right in the middle of a large range of eateries and shops, and right beside a coleslaw supermarket. Fantastic service - the staff were always eager to help and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible The room was great. Very comfortable bed, well stocked and clean kitchen facilities, and large, clean bathroom. This is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone going to the sunshine coast.

Stayed for anniversary, was surprised with a bottle of champagne. The room was perfect for a couple to stay in. Nice deep round spa bath. Tv connects to phone from chrome cast if needing to catch up on a show you missed at night, because you’re out enjoying the view or one of the pools. Lovely to stay here again

The location was great, close to the beach, cafes, & shops. Check-in was easy & underground parking easy to access. Throughout the stay the wi-fi was intermittent, with sports buffering & shows stuttering. The spa-bath/shower was great, but generally the apartment was tired. I don't think the balcony light fitting had ever been cleaned. Whilst there were portable cook tops and pots & pans, there were no useful bits & pieces in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil for cooking). This was not mentioned in the blurb for the apartment.

We have just had a 10 day stay here. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and the reception area was very clean and inviting. We stayed in a 1 bedroom superior room. The room certainly wasn’t superior. It was really in need of an update. The carpet in the lounge was stained, the TV was useless mainly news channels. The shower was over a spa bath with a curtain and really difficult to climb in and out of. I thought showers with curtains went out with the dark ages. The bedroom was really dark and uninviting. It certainly wasn’t worth the money we paid. We had a great view which was great but really awful traffic noise as close to a busy intersection. The resort is very handy to restaurants and shops and the supermarket is right behind the resort which was a plus. Unless there was major update of the rooms we would be unlikely to stay here again.
