Spotless rooms, Great friendly staff who are considerate of room location when booking work or vacay rooms, pool is stunning, love that view for breakfast, food is just delicious and always fresh. Even the Gym is clean and tidy and has almost everything you need. Rooms are almost sound proof which makes working away so much easier. The resort is close to everything and has regular courtesy shuttles and on call cab access hourly. It even feels safe to walk around the main car park at night lugging bags around to your car.

Beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing. Great coffees made by Hannah. And Mia went above and beyond to help me when i left my hand bag in the taxi on the first night. All the staff were lovely. Bed was super comfy. Great location. Will definitely be back.

Relax and Enjoy. We again stayed at Mantra Club Croc Airlie Beach for the first week of July 2025. This is our go to hotel for Airlie given it’s value, location and staff friendliness. We enjoy being slightly out of downtown Airlie, without the hustle bustle of backpackers, whilst having the bus stop out the front, easy access to taxis and that beaut boardwalk into Airlie on our doorstep Upon check-in and as per usual, Reception staff were friendly, fast and efficient. With particular special mention to Imogen for her warmth, astute knowledge and tips for round the area, an absolute delight to begin our getaway on the right foot and an asset to the Mantra/Accor Group. The Hotel is what I typically imagine for a laid back and relaxed stay in the far North Queensland Tropics. Whilst the rooms are unserviced, it’s never a problem requesting any towels or any other top ups. The pool area, outdoor/indoor eatery and bar is practical, very user friendly with a chilled vibe. The rooms are comfortable and functional given the little time we spend there during our adventures. Looking forward to our next stay when we are back up that way and shout out to Jude who always looks after us so well during breakfast/lunch/dinner. PS… bonus as it’s also usually the first property drop off from Airport to Airlie on a bus shuttle. Winning!😎

Our eight-day stay at the Croc Mantra was deeply disappointing due to cleanliness and housekeeping failures. The room had un-vacuumed floors and black mold in the shower. Furthermore, the bathroom flooded with every shower, and the TV streaming was broken. The primary issue was the nonexistent housekeeping. Our room was only serviced once in eight days. Despite requesting service, it was ignored, leaving us with overflowing bins and filthy, soaked towels. The excuse given—that a housekeeping request sign left on the door knob was the reason for the missed clean—was both confusing and infuriating. The only positive aspect of our stay was the reception staff, who were consistently friendly and professional and extremely helpful with all of the issues we encountered. We were really grateful for them! Given the numerous issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and essential services, we cannot recommend this accommodation
