Very nice, clean, close to all the shops. I loved the pool and spa. I didn't expect housekeeping to do my rubbish and do my dishes it was a lovely surprise coming back after work.

We held our event at Mantra Chatswood for four consecutive days, and the experience was outstanding. The front desk service, especially from Front Office Manager Giji Joseph, was exceptionally swift and attentive—whatever we needed, he resolved it almost instantly, making our event run smoothly from start to finish. During our stay in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment, we were very impressed by how quiet and comfortable the room was. It was fully equipped with practical amenities like a washing machine and dryer, which made our multi-night stay very convenient. On top of that, parking was extremely easy thanks to the onsite underground car park. Overall, the combination of efficient event support, generous apartment layout, great facilities, and hassle-free parking made our stay highly satisfying.

I wouldn't stay here again. The TV didn't work, if I put anything in the Fridge it froze, even the ironing board didn't work. I reported this to two of the Receptionists, one sent a young girl to look at the TV, but, it still didn't work, nothing was done by the second Receptionist. I then I saw a third Receptionist, who was lovely and arranged a room change for me. If it was a serviced room I didn't get any service. The edges of the carpets hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Overall the rooms were dated and not what I expected at all. Also there was not breakfast available that I could see. Overall not the stay I expected.

Location great, that is all I can say about this hotel. As a gold Accor member you would expect better service. Dirty stains on carpet when entering room. Dirty coffee cups in cupboard. Someone's underwear left on the balcony. Lift does not work and signage is poor. Basement carpark is shared with another building, signage again is very poor. Won't be staying here again. Accor you need to do better.
