My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. We would like to express our appreciation to Syed for his friendly and polite assistance in helping us capture beautiful photos at the resort entrance. A special thank you to Jonathan at the reception for his excellent customer service and thoughtful arrangement of the birthday cake. The welcome drink and refreshing hand towel upon arrival were a lovely touch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

I highly recommend Planters Shed for all-day dining. I had the "chicken rice" and "teh peng", both of which were delicious. The calm and relaxing atmosphere made the experience even better. Special thanks to Haryono, one of the staff there, for his excellent service and warm hospitality during my visit.
