7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas and does not apply for optional add-ons such as towels.
• The included cocktail is valued up to IDR 250,000 and does not include shared cocktail options.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Tropical Temptation is a cashless venue. Transport to and from the beach club is not included.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Seating/beds will be held for 15 minutes, and released if guests do not arrive within this time without further notice.
• The minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue.

• Includes: Free one-day entrance to Canna Bali Beach Club including complimentary use of the Luxury Escapes departure lounge, one cocktail or mocktail per person, a complimentary ice cream treat per child and free canoe hire. Additional discounts include:
• IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage.
• IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria.
• IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with a minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required).
• IDR 500,000 discount per package towards purchasing a second bottle of selected wine.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

• The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9.45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pick-up when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp (+62 811 3830 1800) to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
• If you do not have included airport transfers, you can book a transfer back to the airport here.

One-Way / Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way or return private airport transfer in a standard sedan (up to three guests), basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
