The hotel is located approximately a one-hour drive from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU). Airport transfers are not included in your package, but can be organised by the hotel. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Sylea Restaurant from 7am to 10am.
- Nightly a la carte dinner is served at Sylea Restaurant from 7pm to 10pm. Please note that premium menu items will incur an additional charge. On weekends, dinner is served buffet style.
- Nightly cocktails are served at Sylea Bar from 6pm to 8pm.
- The floating breakfast (select packages only) is served in your private pool from 8am to 10:30am, and includes tea, coffee, pastries, fresh fruit, choice of eggs, fresh juice, yoghurt, cold cuts and cheese.
- Cocktail-making class (select packages only) takes place at Passion Swim-Up Pool Bar from 3pm to 4pm. Advance booking is required.
- The 30-minute spa session (select packages only) includes a hydrotherapy, sauna, hammam and cold plunge session at the Spa. Both guests must be present at the same time to redeem. Available from 10am to 3pm. Advance reservation is required.
- A kids’ corner is available for children of all ages. Parental supervision is required.
