The hotel is approximately a 10-minute drive from Monterey Regional Airport (MRY), or an hour drive from San Jose International Airport (SJC). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend, and this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The room was beautiful, the amenities were so cool , and the services exceeded my expectations. Lastly the location is next to the Monterey aquarium and walking distance to some great spots. The staff was consistently respectful, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Joshua, who delivered exceptional customer service , such a kind and hardworking young man! His professionalism and warm demeanor truly stood out and made my experience even more memorable. They even surprised me with the sweetest birthday card and a bottle of champagne, it was so thoughtful and they all signed it. Thank you to you all.🥲 💕 I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

I've stayed there a few times. The staff from the bellman, to the managers, to the housekeepers to the restaurant servers, COULD NOT BE ANY BETTER!!! The rooms are very nice very clean and the ones with ocean views are amazing. Because I'm part of the rewards program, my rooms have been upgraded the past few times. This means I have a partial ocean view and a fireplace in my room. Once I was given a junior suite, which was really luxurious. My sister always gets a room with a full ocean view which is unbelievable. I took a star off for location. Just because I don't go to the usual tourist spots and getting in and out of parking is sometimes congested. On the flip side, if you're there to go to all Cannery Row tourist spots, there could not be a better location. Would highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to stay in the family when we're here at Monterey. Is Central to everything and also on the wharf. The kids love it and the atmosphere is really great and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. It can be pricey, but if you find good deals and plan ahead, it's very competitive and definitely a great value for the location and the the comfort. Highly recommended and will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is top tier. The staff are wonderfully trained: respectful, helpful, and friendly 💗 The rooms are clean and modern (a big priority for me). I love the bar soap (unscented) whereas the lotion has a scent a bit too strong for me (there is a coconut lime lotion in the spa which smells great tho! Maybe this hotel can consider changing to? 🙂) Location is next to the aquarium and the parking is easy to access ($45/night valet or self parking is the same price). I love how walkable the area is (the only sad thing is that all the stores are for tourists, not much charm)
