I have stayed at the InterContinental Dar Al Iman many times, but this visit has truly been the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional in every way, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Abdul Karim( house keeping ) , whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. He was polite, respectful, informative, and exceptionally hospitable — a true example of outstanding service and genuine care for guests. Thank you once again, Mr. Abdul Karim( from house keeping ) , for your warmth and dedication. I look forward to meeting you again, Insha’Allah, on my next visit.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a truly wonderful stay. Everything was perfect — from the warm and professional service to the excellent quality of the food. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. I genuinely appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. It starts from checking in front desk Ms Fatima Alnoman helped getting a top floor city view room. The room is spacious and clean. Plenty of water and other needs. The luggage was delivered to the room by supervisor Mr Abdul Jawad. He helped me beyond his duty to arrange wheelchair pulling third party lady who will take my wife to Rawadhal jannah.. It is a great help for an old woman. At guest service I have to mention the name of the person who helped us- Shafiq, Khalid, Tariqul Islam. The rent is included breakfast. So many food to choose from. Fresh cooked vegetables, chicken, beef, lentils soup, fruit items, juices and snacks. Those who serves are very well behaved and clean. Mr Rheday valmen n help us remove the luggage to the lobby. He done very good work. Thank We can recommend to use this for your eating needs. As a whole we look each and every aspect of the guest services are excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay as for religious

The food at the Rotana Restaurant is excellent and always fresh. The staff was very attentive—especially when they learned my son has a nut allergy; the pastry chef personally assisted to ensure everything was safe for him. The bakery section, tea, coffee, and live omelette station were all outstanding. Thanks to Farah at restaurant took care along with other staff members. Room service was prompt, delivering meals within 30 minutes. Housekeeping was also efficient, keeping the room spotless and restocking towels every night.
