Great service. Mr. Mohammed Shahada's service is great, the food is delicious and the hookahs are amazing. Our all-time favorite restaurant.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Jordan. The cleanliness was extremely poor, the staff showed no respect or professionalism in dealing with guests, and the overall service was unacceptable. The room was in terrible condition — dirty and clearly not maintained. When we raised a complaint, their response was indifferent and careless, simply saying they would clean it without any real apology or effort. Their attitude was cold, and they took no responsibility for the mistakes. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.i give this hotel 1 star they don’t deserve the name we go to so many hotels outside the country and we stay in intercontinental in other countries but what I saw shocked me 5 stars hotel in this bad
