This resort is amazing. I literally do not understand the negative reviews. The overwater bungalows are larger than other resorts and were spacious enough for our family of four, with each child having their own bed. The resort is undergoing renovations but we barely noticed. We didn’t hear any construction noise at all. The staff is so very kind and goes out of their way to be accommodating. Surely the food is pricey, but it is everywhere in French Polynesia. A small price to pay for some time spent in heaven.10/10

We had an exceptional stay in the beautiful Teremoana Villa to celebrate our anniversay! The villa had amazing views of Mt. Otemanu and turquoise waters. The villa itself is just beautiful. From the first moment we were greeted with the warmest welcome by the staff, and the service is just nop-notch throughout our stay. The details are impeccable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and intimate romantic dinners. There are activities available to explore French Polynesia. Thank you Paul and the staff members for the wonderful memories!

Very few hotels can deliver like this one does. Stay here and look no further. The location is amazing, the service is very good and the amenities/facilities are fantastic. We stayed here for 5 nights and honestly wished we had stayed for many more. The private transfer from the airport was a good choice for our family of four. There is an extra charge for it but we highly recommend it. Our two kids enjoyed the stay, especially the free ice cream and feeding the fish. There is a good mix of young couples, some families and some older folks. It's a good match for everyone.

We chose this resort to celebrate our honeymoon and expected a level of service and transparency that simply wasn’t delivered. To start, the spa — one of the main reasons we booked — was closed. Not a single person told us. Not the concierge, not the front desk, not the masseuse, not even during check-in. We only found out after receiving our massage. We had planned to spend our final day enjoying the expensive spa facilities, and that experience was completely taken from us without warning or apology. On top of that, I was overcharged and shorted — and despite more than 18 emails and weeks of being told “someone will get back to you,” I’ve received no resolution. It’s now been over 48 hours since the most recent promise of follow-up. Still silence. This was supposed to be a special, once-in-a-lifetime trip. Instead, it left a sour taste. There are far better resorts with better service, transparency, and accountability. I regret booking here.
