Rooms and venue dated/worn. Front bar area is average. Breakfast is ok but not great. Apparently it is government owned and a training venue for staff. As such most of the staff are very young. But wow, they are fantastic, so helpful and friendly, they make the place. Location and pool also great.

We stayed here for 1 week. An excellent location. The Breakfast room overlooks the beach & the food was very good with a number of choices. The gardens around the pool were beautiful & the sun lounges comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby & the Icon Shopping Centre is only a 3 minute walk which has an great supermarket on the ground floor. We would stay here again as the prices were reasonable for a beach location. Our only criticism would be the quality of the towels & sheets in the room. Some were a little stained or discoloured although very difficult to keep white clean. We enjoyed our stay & will return. Karen & Carmelo.

We stayed here for 4 days last week. If you are looking for a retirement village feel, then definitely stay here. We were the youngest by about 30 years (we are in our 30/40’s) and one old mate was offended that we were playing some soft music by the pool. Staff were lovely, but service was extremely slow, taking over an hour to get some pool side food. Rooms were nice and clean, grounds were well maintained and a very convenient location. I wouldn’t stay here again but I would stay within that vicinity.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The overall atmosphere did not meet expectations, and worse, I encountered unprofessional behavior from a staff member named Ayu. She was disrespectful and dismissive, which made me feel completely unwelcome. Hospitality should be about kindness and respect — unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
