Great value for money and an excellent location (just a short walk to Long Jetty and conveniently connected to the Diggers Club). Free parking and breakfast were included in our $139 Sun–Mon rate. The breakfast included juice, fruit or yogurt, a choice of cereal, toast with spreads, and a coffee—simple but satisfying. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and as Silver members, we appreciated the complimentary mini bottles of wine. Staff were accommodating with our early check-in request, and the reception went out of their way to find us firmer pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. The mattress was comfortably firm, and although the AC is a bit noisy when heating, it worked fine otherwise. Amenities are basic (just two all-in-one body wash dispensers), but sufficient. No frills, but everything you need with sufficient space and a smart TV for streaming shows. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

I stay here regularly and as always it was excellent. Wonderful staff. A mattress too firm for a bad hip was made comfortable with an extra topper. Love the view and Diggers next door has much better than average club food. Quiet, and only 5 minutes walk to the lake foreshore. Shops are close by, and I get my car serviced 2 minutes away.

My dad and i have been going through a bit of a rough time with illness and doctors so just needed a break away. I was given a free room upgrade so my dad could shower properly as this is something due his shoulder injury has not been able to do for months. Room was beautiful clean and beds very comfortable. Very well positioned as we were on public transport with the bus stop right out the front and a short walk across the road to head back to Tuggerah or Wyong. The club was great too. We will definitely be back

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with any queries. Their warm demeanor definitely contributed positively to my overall impression. The rooms were okay. While not luxurious, they were clean and provided a comfortable enough base for my stay. However, the breakfast was super underwhelming. To be frank, it was incredibly disappointing and, in its current state, cannot genuinely be called "continental" at all. At a minimum, a protein option should be included to offer some nutritional value. The current spread is neither balanced nor well thought out, providing very little in the way of sustenance. I strongly recommend that the hotel clarifies exactly what is provided with the breakfast so that future guests can make an informed decision and avoid purchasing an option that is not at all nutritional. This would manage expectations much better. Despite the significant letdown with the breakfast, the positive aspects of the friendly staff, good location, and generally comfortable stay made it a decent visit. Addressing the breakfast issue would elevate the guest experience considerably.
