Great hotel. A little on the older "classic" style, but very clean, with top notch service. There's even old school bidets in the bathroom. The breakfast was not I clouded for me, but I enjoyed it. The restaurant isn't very big. Highly recommended.

The Omni Hotel was excellent. It was my birthday, and they made it extra special by filling the room with balloons. They gave me a personalized card and let me know of the greater attractions around, and they gave me a nice piece of cheesecake, and they were friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that there was no bottled water in the room when they said there would be. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you Annie Dion Clement for the well wishes and personalizing everything with a warm touch.

Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay! I stayed at the Omni Hotel from June 18 to June 19 and had a truly wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional team members who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Upon check-in, I had a concern with my room, and Sasha at the front desk handled it immediately with professionalism and care her responsiveness made all the difference. When I checked out, I realized I had left a personal item behind. Valeria took swift action and was able to locate and return my item to me. I’m grateful for her help. A special shout-out to Hicham, my room service server, who recognized me from a previous stay. He was warm, funny, and always ready for great conversation, a true gem of hospitality. I also want to acknowledge Abrahan and Manuel at the front desk for their courtesy and excellent customer service. They made every interaction pleasant and welcoming. The Omni Hotel is truly blessed to have such amazing staff. They made my short stay not only comfortable but memorable. Looking forward to returning soon.

Overall it was a great location. Hotel sign is hard to read from the street compared to other businesses. Entrance was through the car loading and unloading area even if you had no car so it was busy. Lobby seemed 4 star… rooms seems 2-3 star. Stayed a week ago. Would not return, it was only ok.
