I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Naru Seoul, it truly felt luxurious from the very first moment. As soon as my taxi pulled up, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff who made me feel like a valued guest right away. I was then guided to take the stunning glass elevator up to the 20th floor, where the reception area offers breathtaking city views such a beautiful way to arrive, especially in the evening. The hotel’s facilities are nothing short of amazing. The pool is elegant and serene, the bar is stylish with a wonderful atmosphere, and the restaurant serves absolutely delicious food. I also ordered room service one evening, it was quick, beautifully presented, and the staff were as friendly and attentive as ever. After dinner, I visited the bar for a nightcap and loved the vibe, chic yet relaxed with the kind of city view that makes you want to stay for hours. Overall, my experience at Hotel Naru Seoul was exceptional. From the design and ambiance to the service and details, everything felt refined and thoughtfully curated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Seoul. ✨🇰🇷

🌿 Hotel Naru Seoul – Where Art Meets Nature in the Heart of the City 🌿 Wondering where to stay in Seoul? Try this artistic hotel with a romantic view of the Han River and the Seoul skyline. The location is very convenient — just a short walk from Mapo subway station and a nearby bus stop. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped into a modern art gallery. The atmosphere was serene and stylish, filled with elegant details and thoughtful design touches. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, always greeting me with warm smiles from the concierge to the front desk, all the way to check-out. Special thanks to Effy at the front desk, who kindly explained the hotel amenities and made me feel truly welcome. The interior design was absolutely gorgeous, easily one of the best among all the hotels I stayed at this year. I also loved that the in-room TV featured a program introducing other MGallery hotels around the world — it made me want to explore every one of their destinations! This hotel beautifully combines art and nature. Artworks are placed so naturally that your eyes are drawn to them wherever you go. The hotel’s representation of Bamseom Island in the Han River and its eco-friendly approach are reflected in the amenities and room details — small touches that show how much they care about the environment. I didn’t get the chance to enjoy their infinity pool and spa this time, but that’s a perfect reason to come back soon.

Everything was perfect. From the beginning to the end. The staff and service are exceptional. The room far exceeded our expectations. The river view is definitely worth the trip. Thank you Naru Hotel for this wonderful experience.

No 5* hotel feeling This hotel is full of rules that are not in the best interest of the guests, but of the hotel. Check-in takes a long time for the staff to explain all the rules. Vouchers can be used in limited facilities only, there is a pool break time at 11am, house shoes must be returned, etc. Throughout the whole hotel, guests are bothered with loud speaker tunes, playing uninspired drum and beat "elevator mixtapes". No chance to enjoy in silence or with tasteful music. Staff at breakfast is quite unattentive, not helping out a dad with his baby or making you wait for orders, respectively forgetting orders. Bathroom is in poor condition, shower sprinkles water all over, hot an cold is very sensitive. Location is mediocre due to position in middle of city highways. However, this is quite obvious upfront booking. Breakfast offers delicious meals, from western to Korean dishes. The view on Han Gang is fantastic. A young gentleman from concierge service is very polite and attentive. Helps us with directions, umbrellas, baby stroller. Outside pool is wonderful with a great view on the city line. Interior is fresh chic, high class but still feeling quite cold and uncozy. Rooms design is quite simplictic, making is feel a tad cold. Overall a very underwhelming experience for a 5* hotel. Next time, I'd rather pick one of the many 4* options at lower rate and comparable experience.
