We stayed at La Torre del Canonigo for three nights during our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. Everyone who works there is so kind, professional, and happy. The level of service is truly top notch. We loved being able to chat with reception over WhatsApp to schedule taxis, get recommendations, and set up reservations. It made our whole trip so seamless. Same with having the house cars for rides. The pool is a major highlight, the views are spectacular. For daybeds and loungers with f&b service elsewhere on the island you’d be paying quite a bit, and this being included felt like amazing value to us. The room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. And maybe the most important part - the location! You can’t beat it. Right at the very top of the old town. Just beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice. And it’s nice and quiet. You can go party elsewhere and come back to this peaceful spot to rest up. Can’t say enough good things and can’t wait to be back.

During our recent stay in the picturesque area of Ibiza Old Town, near Dalt Villa, we had an exceptional experience that truly stands out. The beauty of the location was complemented by the outstanding service we received from the hotel staff, making our stay memorable for all the right reasons. One particular incident highlighted the exceptional care and attentiveness of the staff. On one of the days, my girlfriend fell seasick, and upon our return to the hotel, she unfortunately vomited. The hotel staff immediately sprang into action, displaying an impressive level of kindness and professionalism. They were extremely helpful in assisting my girlfriend, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. I must extend special thanks to Juliana, who went above and beyond to offer assistance. She was exceptionally kind, reassuring us that a doctor could be provided if my girlfriend's condition worsened. Her genuine concern and proactive approach were truly comforting during a stressful time. Additionally, the service from the rest of the front desk staff, as well as all the hotel employees, was exemplary. Everyone we encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel valued and well cared for. On the same day my girlfriend was unwell, we also faced a problem with our toilet. The hotel staff's response was once again exceptional; they kindly allowed us to use the room next to ours at no additional cost. This gesture of hospitality and understanding greatly alleviated our inconvenience and further demonstrated their commitment to excellent service. I am profoundly grateful to all the hotel staff for their outstanding service. Special mentions go to Juliana, Angel, and the other ladies at the front desk, whose professionalism and kindness made a significant positive impact on our stay. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for their guests is truly commendable. In conclusion, our stay here was made remarkable not just by the beautiful surroundings, but by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a challenging situation into a testament of their excellent hospitality.

The hotel is a very cool sort of destination-worthy exp, very different from anywhere else in Ibiza. The hotel is 3 buildings and the staff said the building with our room was built in 5th century. The view was absolutely stunning from up on the hill. The breakfast was fantastic. However, it's really not easy to get in and out of the walled city - so difficult it confused some Uber and taxi drivers. Also very painful from an accessibility perspective. As long as those factors are understood, it's an incredible place to stay.

To start, I’d like to say, I have never to date given a review as bad as I will give Hotel Boutique Torre del Canonigo, but quite frankly, I have never been scammed. Hotel Boutique Torre del Canonigo is so far below the price value for what you get verses what you book and see it’s shocking. Not only what our room in a garage (an active garage with fumes running as early as 6 AM) with 1/2 of window of light, the staff is an utter disgrace of hospitality. I’d further push you and your Booking.com management to review all negative reviews as the staff usually “apologizes as they offer a “solution” that are simply all EXCUSES to their lack of management so they don’t have to do anything and justify nothing. Note: I have stayed at hostels to 5 star resorts - my biggest disappointment of this hotel is the value being SO far off from what is booked. Here a few things wrong verses the booked room description: • Zero view / outdoor space directly out of room (booking shows a (not private but outdoor balcony) • Zero mention that it’s nearly impossible to drive to the hotel and only a VERY select few cabs would even attempt. • We were told we can get transports to and from the port anytime until midnight / we called and could not get picked up and the guy’s shift ended. And when calling to go to the port in the AM, the driver was unavailable. • No management. When asked to speak to a manager directly, we were unable and still unable to speak nor email directly. After all of my complaints, I left the property only staying 1 night and they refuse to refund my money for the second night stay, while we stayed somewhere else - way better, nicer, free parking, easier to get around the island, nicer and much better customer service for half the price. Even had a Mountain View compared to the half window out the garage. I am sure they will respond but I beg you not to stay and waste your money!!! It’s a complete scam! And if you don’t read just mine, please all the bad reviews before mine - they are plenty of other poor travelers scammed before me, please don’t be the next!
